Spin entanglement via scanning tunneling microscope current

We consider a system of two spins under scanning tunneling microscope bias and derive its master equation. find that the elements to electronic contacts (tip substrate) generate an exchange interaction between spins, as well Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya in presence spin-orbit coupling. The tunnel current spectrum then shows additional lines compared conventional spin resonance experiments. When have degenerate Larmor frequencies equal amplitudes (without spin-orbit), there is dark state with vanishing decay rate. coupling environment generates significant spin-spin entanglement via state, even if initial non-entangled.
